From your previous letter you said you got an error trying to list
the /dev/pilot entry. An earlier poster suggested going through the
README.usb file and making sure that the udev stuff is set up
correctly. That's what you want to do.
When the udev stuff is setup correctly pressing the hotsync button and
then running the "ls -l" test that I gave you earlier will show a
device node rather than a file not found error. That's the first step
to getting syncing going.
