[jp] JPilot Sync Speed

I've noticed a definite increase in the sync speed since upgrading to JPilot 
0.99.9 from 0.99.8. I'm not sure whether it's an improvement in the algorithm 
for JPilot or pilot-link 12(.3), but it's very nice. A typical sync is now 
taking under 5 seconds, as opposed to more like 10, before.

From what I can tell, the speedup occurs over all conduits, but if I had to 
guess, I'd say it's possibly concentrated in the final "Saving Preferences" 
or cleanup stages, but that's strictly conjecture on my part.
