When my call to a business is answered by an automated system that allows staff lookup by name, I have not been able to use the feature. When I press a letter key outside of the black numeric region, nothing is sent. Is there a way to use keys such as the 'P', 'U', and other white ones? TIA, Rich -- Richard B.
