I've installed jpilot 0.99.9.2 on my Asus eee pc 4gb from the Xandros default repositories. I have installed the User that I have used for eleven years on my PalmOS devices. The serial port is mapped to /dev/ttyUSB1, which is the detected device, and the serial rate is set to 57600, which is the same as the connection details on the Palm TX. I press the sync icon on the jpilot screen and before I can press the synch icon on the TX, I get the following error: pi_bind_error: /dev/ttyUSB1 No such file or directory Check your serial port and settings Exiting with status SYNC_ERROR_BIND Finished I get the same error if I press the sync icon on the Hotsync screen on the Palm TX first. I know there are other people using this model of computer/OS with jpilot. Any suggestions would be appreciated. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
