If you delete a record in jpilot it gets marked for deletion on the Palm. If you check this you can still see it in jpilot and it should be marked a different color. The delete part means that it is scheduled to get deleted and replaced on the Palm by the new copy. The original record (now the modified deleted one) gets kept to compare to the Palm record. If its the same then the Palm copy didn't change and can be deleted. If its not the same then both copies are kept and you end up with the duplicate. > I have both clear... The legacy Memos were limited to 4k, although later Palms could have more than 4k and be uneditable in the Palm. I need to find the time to release my code for Contacts and Memos. Judd
