I agree that the UI is less easy to understand than that of the pure Palm Pilots or the Kyocera phone/PDA. And, after years of writing on the screen with the plastic stylus, it's a lot slower using those tiny keys to enter letters. Many thanks for pointing out the obvious, Judd.
