[jp] Permissions and syncing - success with rules file

I've got two IDE optical drives and my system is always getting confused 
between them. I've messed with the jumpers to no avail.

In response to this thread, I was poking around in my system to figure out how 
things work, and discovered a cdrom.rules file. Looking at it, there appeared 
to be a lot of duplicate entries (created by YaST).

I commented out the duplicates and my system now appears to no longer be 
confused about the drives.

Is that cool or what?
