[jp] migrating from one pda to another: moving data

Hello,
I've backed up my files of my current pda in 2 ways
1) pilot-xfer -b {some_dir}
2) clicked the backup button in the GUI jpilot program

Now I'm ready to move data from my current pda (Palm) to my
newer/fresh pda (sony).

How do I do this? I don't have any special programs that need to be
transferred. Just the major 4: datebook, phonebook; to do list;
memopad.
