I upgraded Ubuntu Dapper to Edgy in hopes that I'd once again be able to
sync my new Palm E2. Jpilot succeeded giving my new Palm the same user ID
as my lat Palm Zire 71. The /home/fragos/.jpilot folder was from my last
sync with the Zire 71. I pressed the cradle button and then clicked the
jpilot sync button. The Palm crashed quickly with:

    Palm Fatal Alert
    VFSDBCache.c,Line:4051, unattached record

The following is the jpilot log displayed in the bottom of the GUI. You
will note in that log that my old user ID had been corrupted by prior
unsuccessful attempts to sync with gpilot. Since the ID was properly reset
by jpilot and I've no no prior failures on the Palm I don't see a link but
still wanted to provide full discovery

Despite this failure to sync, my Palm still continues to work correctly.
I'd appreciate any guidance anyone can offer on this issue.
