    Could you check that pilot-link itself is able to pull back this
    database? I tested like this:
    
    nicholas at piamox7:/tmp$ pilot-xfer -f  ContactsDB-PAdd -p net:
    
       Listening for incoming connection on net:... connected!
    
       Parsing list of files from handheld... done.
       Fetching 'ContactsDB-PAdd.pdb' ... (369498 bytes)complete.
    
    
       Thank you for using pilot-link.
    
    This is unlikely to be a jpilot problem, so please reply only to the
    jppy list.
