    Hello,
I'll be getting rid of this computer, where i do syncing with my PDA.
I know that there is File/Export, but is that better than digging into my
hard drive and copying the relevant files?

My goal is to get a backup copy of the PIM data that's on my pda, so that
just in case my PDA dies, I have a backup copy that can be used to get
the data back on a pda.

If you think File/Export is best, which format should I use? I do plan on
using JPilot again on my next computer, but just in case, I may also need
a file format that Palm Desktop Software can read.
