Ok, so it looks like the device nodes are being created correctly.
Maybe the problem is with the symlink. Try the install-user command
again, but use /dev/ttyUSB1 as the port instead of /dev/pilot. Remember
that you may have to try several times to get the timing right. If you
can't get that to work, try /dev/ttyUSB0.
