However as far as I can see you cannot manually exclude a file from 
beeing backed up before it was transfered once successfully. In my case 
the offending file does not have valid data in the list of databases 
because the Palm stops sending data before a valid entry is created. I 
have an entry ImgFile-Foto in the list but it seems to be a key without 
valid data. Thus even after excluding it the backup-plugin tries to 
fetch it.
