    Sorry for the late reply, I just found out my ISP was bouncing a bunch
    of my emails...
    
    A while back I wrote a *very* basic iCalendar importer for J-Pilot.  I
    know that's not what you asked for, but it's available here if you want
    to give it a try anyway: http://sourceforge.net/projects/jp-icalendar/
    
    When I started writing the importer, I had intended to eventually do
    full synchronization between J-Pilot and an iCalendar file, with the
    importer as the first step.  As I worked on the synchronization part
    though, I discovered that doing a 3-way synchronization is *hard*, and
    quickly reached a point where the pain of making it work was more than
    the pain of importing individual records, so I abandoned that part of
    it.
