See the file config.log for the *** exact error that occured. This usually means GTK+ is incorrectly installed. configure: error: *** GTK >= 2.0.3 not found *** However, gtk+2-2.8.12 _is_ installed. Without the gtk+2 support, it configures and builds ... and runs! But, not with any of my records. Sigh. What is going on here? Guess I'll wait for Judd to have some time to look at this.
