No (just checked jpilot CVS to be sure).

If someone is interested in implementing this, he can start with the
code from keyring-link-2.0-pre1 (or with the cvs version of
keyring-link). In keyring5.c is the code for the new database format.
    It can be downloaded from

      http://gnukeyring.sourceforge.net/prerelease.html

Also the HACKING file (included with keyring-2.0-pre-6.tar.gz)
contains a description of the database format (the #if VERSION>5
    blocks should be ignored).
    http://gnukeyring.cvs.sourceforge.net/gnukeyring/keyring/HACKING?view=markup

Note: The database version for keyring-2.x is "5", for keyring-1.x is
"4". Database version 0-3 were for keyring-0.11.1 and earlier.

    Regards,
      Jochen
